House fire with combative person in Rogersville

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and medic units were dispatched to a reported residential structure fire on East Washington Street in Rogersville near North Depot Street and North Church Street. The caller later reported that the fire might be out after putting water on it, and she was outside the home. A combative female on scene led to police also being sent. Units continued to respond to confirm the status of the fire and secure the scene.
