Cardiac arrest reported at Rogue River home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible cardiac arrest at a residence near East Evans Creek Road and Sykes Creek in the Rogue River area. A caller reported returning home and finding a spouse cold to the touch, apparently deceased, and CPR was discussed with responders.
