Driver in red minivan tries to force car off road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised to look for a red Dodge minivan near Redwood Drive and Rohnert Park Expressway after reports that the driver was swerving and may have tried to run another driver off the road. The vehicle’s license plate was broadcast to units and the direction of travel was unknown.
