Woman conscious with slurred speech and numb arm at Roland

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a residence on 130th Street in Roland to assist a 48-year-old woman who was conscious and breathing but showing signs of a possible stroke, including slurred speech and arm numbness.
