Father accused of trying to harm teenage child

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a third-party report of a domestic disturbance near Sycamore Dr involving a father and two juveniles. The caller reported the father was attempting to hurt a 13-year-old, possibly physical (weapons unknown).
