Aggressive pit bulls reported at two Rome locations

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to two dog-related complaints. One involved two apparently abandoned pit bulls inside a building on Wax Road. The other was at an apartment on Barron Road, where a pit bull reportedly blocked a parent from getting a child out of a vehicle before the dog left the area. Animal control was requested to handle the situation.
