Caller reports mother in apartment basement

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible suspicious activity at a residence off US Route 6 near Rome. A caller who was out of town said she and her mother had argued, and that her mother apparently went into the basement of their apartment and may have turned on cameras there.
