If you have a Romney P.D. unit on or not, if they do, you send them down to 28 in the depot lane, Depot Street. Somebody lost a bunch of cardboard trash. It's all over the road in the 9-9-D-O-H, all the debris. They did have a couple of people that were leaf blowers blowing out of the road trying to clear the roadway.

A possible domestic situation was reported at 21 Albert Barnes Road. A caller stated that her daughter's friend reported her father was beating their dog and has a history of verbal and possibly physical abuse toward his daughter. The current status is unclear, but the father reportedly left the residence.

Caller advised that her daughter's friend called around 9.30 advised that her father was beating their dog and had put it into a chokehold. Caller advised that her daughter's friend left her residence and her mother picked her up. Caller spoke to the friend's mother. A friend's mother was very dismissive and did not want to answer questions. answer the questions. So this happened between the father and the dog or the daughter? It's unclear at this time. I believe the inciting event was between the father and the father and dog. I do believe There has been some verbal and physical abuse between the father and daughter in the past. After the caller advised that the daughter has stated that this has been going on on and off since she was young, and by that it is typically only verbal. However, the day she could state physical abuse has happened, advised that at last contact the father had left the residence, so as I'm sure if this is true or not. The caller, by what relation? Caller is going to be the mother of the daughter's friend. and these friends had told our caller what had happened. Ten, four, soon as I get service, I'll give the caller a call back.
