Alleged staff abuse reported at Rockland Road facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to a facility on Rockland Road in Roscoe for a reported disturbance in a south wing room. A caller reported that staff were possibly abusing her father and had gotten into an argument with them.
