Area Baldwin Township 23 in Sioux northbound on 23 occurred a copy of a BOL on a reckless vehicle break. Central is continuing Again, 23 and Sue Northbound on 23. Baldwin Township, caller states it's a tan SUV that has a Janus tire sticker in the back window. Possible plate 9, Mary David X-ray, 7-1, driving extremely slow all over the roadway. It's being followed by a Windstar van. The plate she gave me comes back on a 2007 Honda Odyssey, registered to a Carl Ridgeway out of Oscoda. Nothing further. Central's clear, 1652. possible evidence of a stroke.
