Person injured arm in suicide attempt with kitchen knife

As discussed during the dispatch call, call updated to a suicide attempt/mental health crisis near Haversham Way and Poplar Drive. The caller reported a man used a kitchen knife to injure his arm and said he was bleeding; the knife was no longer in his hand and was later reported thrown into a sink. He was later reported outside wearing a red shirt and white sweatpants and requested transport to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. Responding units were advised of prior cautions for threats/assault on law enforcement, and fire was to stage.
