Suicide attempt reported involving knife outside home near Haversham Way

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a reported suicide attempt/mental health crisis involving an adult male who said he used a kitchen knife to injure his arm and was bleeding. He was reported to be outside in the driveway and stated the knife was no longer in his hands (thrown in a sink). Fire staged, and the subject was later detained under an emergency custody order (ECO).
