Police search for reckless driver near YMCA

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised to look for a possible reckless driver near a community center. A blue Honda hatchback was reported turning from one street onto another while passing vehicles and driving into oncoming traffic. The vehicle was believed to be a 1990s Honda Civic registered to a local resident in Roseburg.
