Credit card fraud reported near Pine Lodge

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were called to Pine Lodge Drive in Ruidoso for a possible credit card fraud. The reporting party said American Express alerted them that someone using a New York address had opened an account in their name and made large purchases.
