As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call about a possible disturbance near a location on Highway 48 in Ruidoso. The reporting party said they were in court with another person who was reportedly acting aggressively, and a female could be heard yelling in the background. Officers responded and headed to the reporting party’s vehicle.
