Patient rescued from water at Middle Site Rumsey

As discussed during the dispatch call, a patient was removed from water near Middle Site and evaluated by EMTs. Air response was canceled while ground transport continued. An ambulance was directed down the gravel road to the beach area where the patient was located out of the creek.
