Male pedestrian walking in and out of traffic in Russell

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested for a white male wearing a green shirt and red shorts walking in and out of traffic near Russell McDonald's. He was last seen near Speedway and Aldi's and was almost hit by multiple vehicles before running back toward McDonald's.
