Dune buggies driven recklessly near Yacht Club Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible vehicle complaint near Yacht Club Road and Grand Loop involving two dune buggies reportedly driving recklessly on sidewalks, the roadway, and on grass, with the drivers possibly intoxicated.
