Man with COPD has difficulty breathing at Pleasantview Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a priority medical call near Pleasant View Road and Opal Lane for a 53-year-old man who was conscious but having serious difficulty breathing and not improving with his usual medications.
