Woman with shortness of breath after missing dialysis

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female patient with shortness of breath was transported from a dialysis center to Rutherford Regional. She had missed several treatments and could not complete a new one. Vital signs included normal oxygen levels and elevated heart rate.
