Woman shouting at cars and customers near Grove Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible welfare check for a woman reportedly walking in front of cars and yelling near Preston Street and Church Street in Rutland. She was later reported to have entered a nearby store on Grove Street, where she allegedly yelled at customers and asked for cigarettes before leaving toward an address on Grove Street. Responding officers did not find the woman or the vehicles previously reported racing in the same area.
