Woman in distress leaves Rutland police station area on foot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a distressed woman at the police department lobby who requested an ambulance. A welfare check call indicated she was depressed/suicidal and had cut her arm. She left the PD area on foot and was last seen walking down Wells toward Washington; a Prospect Street residence was mentioned in the welfare check information.
