Reckless black SUV reported on Highway 87

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued an attempt-to-locate for a black Mercedes SUV reportedly swerving and tailgating on eastbound Highway 87 near milepost 153 before heading south toward the Gila River area near Sacaton.
