Pickup repeatedly idles and revs outside home

As discussed during the dispatch call, in Salem, a caller reported that for a second night in a row a pickup truck parked outside their residence between about 1:30 and 2:00 a.m., idling, revving its engine, and shining bright headlights, then driving around the block and returning. The caller stated it was too dark to clearly describe the vehicle.
