My caller advised that (name withheld) got out of a vehicle and dropped a whole bunch of things on the ground. She took off walking behind residents of 424 South Lincoln. I call her was wanting an extra patrol in that area due to the recent activity there and also somebody made contact with her to see what she was doing down there.
