Neighbor reports trash can noise causing seizures

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a noise complaint from a resident on East Truman about a neighbor’s trash can making a loud humming or beeping sound that is reportedly affecting another neighbor’s health. Law enforcement planned to go to the area and speak with the people involved.
