Man with knife reported inside Broadway dollar store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a welfare check at a discount store on West Broadway in Salem for a male who had stayed in the restroom for about 40 minutes, was walking around the store, said he was hiding from someone, and appeared to have a knife or similar object sticking out of his pocket.
