Elderly woman unresponsive with agonal breathing at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near West Jefferson Avenue in Salem for an approximately 80-year-old woman who was unresponsive and barely breathing, and additional search and rescue units were requested to help lift the patient.
