Elderly female fell and has facial bruises in Salina

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly female reportedly fell last night near Kenwood Road across from the water tower in Salina. She was unable to get up but has since been helped. She has bruising on her face but appears conscious, alert, and breathing normally.
