Truck spilling coal along Highway 71 and Highway 9

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a possible traffic-related incident involving a truck that was spilling coal along Highway 71 near its intersection with Highway 9 and by the mill on LA 153. The responding personnel noted coal spread along the roadway.
