Controlled burn monitored on West Michigan Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews with Engine 41 checked a reported fire near West Michigan Ave and found a controlled burn inside a cement barrier with the property owner on scene monitoring it. The crew reported the situation under control and returned to service.
