Person with high blood pressure and breathing trouble

As discussed during the dispatch call, first responders and a medic unit were dispatched to a medical emergency near Ginyard Lane involving coughing, very high blood pressure, trouble breathing, and an altered condition. A coroner was also requested to respond.
