Person fallen in front yard requires lift assist

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to a possible trauma incident near Canary Lane. The patient reportedly fell in the front yard but refused hospital transport. EMS was canceled, though additional help was requested and units arrived on scene.
