Missing two-year-old boy found in Saltillo

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a report of a missing two-year-old boy near Highway 104 in the Saltillo area, involving the child of an off-duty Chester County deputy. After a search response by county and station units, the child was later reported found and responding units were advised to disregard.
