Neighbor dispute after vehicle collision

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to an apparent neighbor dispute near Chestnut Street and Cherry Street after a man reported that his vehicle had been hit by another vehicle the previous day and that a neighbor later threatened him about the incident.
