Suspicious vehicle reported outside apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious occupied vehicle parked near an apartment complex on El Camino in San Carlos. The reporting party, sitting in a white Chevrolet Corvette, stated a black Subaru had been occupied for about 30 minutes by a man with whom he reportedly has a prior history and that he was afraid to walk into the complex while the man was there. Deputies were sent to check on the situation and contacted the person in the Corvette.
