There's a dark blue Subaru in between the two, a driver in her 30s, black hat, a gray Honda accord. I keep going around the RP, cutting her off, brake checking, and motioning for her to pull over. She believes they're separated. She's not sure. She's by 55 miles an hour trying to exit near Gopher.
