Road rage assault at Brannan and 4th streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Brannan Street and 4th Street for an apparent road rage incident where a male tried to open the reporting party’s vehicle door and banged on the window while screaming. Medics were requested later for a man found bleeding from the nose, and it was reported he might have been assaulted. No weapon was reported seen.
