RP was in a GMC Acadia stating that the vehicle was following them. was out letting the RP merge from the construction area. Also advised that the subject was getting aggressive with her and was also at one point stopping at all traffic. The 28 returns to a 2017 port pickup out of Santa Rosa. They were approaching Coyote Creek calls. RP stated they didn't feel safe that they were going to pull over and were going to be requesting an 1110, that they were going to be en route to 1,000 Blossom Hill Road in San Jose for the 1110. We did advise them CHP was extended and we offered a counter report. Honor rate clear at 1616.
