Elderly male with altered mental status transported for CT scan

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly male patient with altered mental status is being transported from Palomar Rehab to Palomar for further evaluation. The patient has a history of dementia, pneumonia, sepsis, and is under droplet precautions for rhinovirus. Vital signs were reported and arrival time is approximately two minutes.
