Traffic stop on dark blue Hummer near I-10 Pilot

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a dark blue Hummer near the interstate after spotting the vehicle from a nearby milepost. The stop was moved off the highway and continued in a nearby truck stop area west of I-10.
