Out-of-control juvenile reported threatening staff at Big Kids 1st

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to Big Kids 1st at 704 W 41st St for a disturbance involving a 9-year-old student reported to be out of control upstairs in the school atrium, fighting/kicking/screaming and threatening to kill staff. Staff reported they were unable to contact the student’s parents or guardians.
