Neighbor dispute with physical contact in Sandy Creek

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a reported neighbor dispute between two adult males near Lake Street in Sandy Creek. There was apparent physical contact and at least one person appears to be intoxicated, but the parties are now separated and an arrest is in progress.
