Argument between man and woman on Phillips Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible disturbance on Phillips Road involving a man and woman yelling by a truck. The woman reportedly got out and the man drove away toward Shepherd Mill, with a possible person later seen walking in an orange shirt. Barking dogs were reported at another nearby location on Phillips Road, which may be related.
