Car stuck on lawn rock post after minor crash

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible property-damage crash and disturbance near Buena Vista Street in San Jacinto. A caller said a woman in a blue Honda Civic appeared to be stuck on a rock post on the corner of his lawn but did not seem injured and no airbags had deployed. The caller also reported a confrontational neighbor and later suggested the neighbor and the driver may have been involved in possible drug activity.
