Medical aid dispatched near East Cabrillo Boulevard

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical emergency response units were dispatched to an address near East Cabrillo Boulevard in Santa Barbara. Medic 25 reported arriving on scene. Engine 71 was initially dispatched but later canceled, with Engine 72 added to assist.
