Resident reports intermittent fire alarm on Poplar

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent near Poplar Street in Santa Clara for a reported fire alarm that had been sounding on and off for about an hour. The reporting resident did not see flames or smell smoke and planned to guide responders to the apparent source of the alarm.
