Unconscious woman found with strong odor at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are responding to a medical call at a home on North Louis J Koch Boulevard for a possible 63-year-old woman who is reportedly unconscious and not breathing. A neighbor reported a strong odor coming from the residence and said CPR has not been started.
