Officers check vehicle with possible plate issue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conduct a welfare check and investigate a vehicle at E Boulevard and Diablo Road after concerns that the license plate may not match the vehicle. The vehicle appears to be a gray four-door Nissan registered in another person’s name.
