Report of people moving items between two trucks

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible theft in progress near Rio Vista Street in Santa Fe, just east of the Rio Park Hotel by South Furniture and Paseo del Norte. An unknown driver reported seeing a group of people moving items from one truck into another while traveling eastbound, and additional units were requested to check the area.
